It was Angel's nap time, after put her to sleep, I was feeling hungry & suddenly feel like want to enjoy a good meal, so I prepared a "high tea" for myself by making a pot of tea & cake which I bought from TCC 2 days ago, hehe... & I read magazine while enjoying the meal :) such a great time I have, must do more often rather in future

My darling Angel fall sick again, she had fever in the pass 2 days, usually in the middle of the night. I was not aware as I put her with my mil on Sunday night because I was going to IT fair with hubby to get my new laptop. The next day which is on Monday evening, mil called me while I was still busy in the office, said Angel was having fever and she brought her to see doc in the morning. And she never tell me till evening because she scare I would worry for her. I felt bad about it because Im the mother and this was what Im suppose to do as a mother, worry for my kid and take care of her. The next day which is Today, I called her in the morning and Angel cried over the phone and ask me to bring her back home. Mil told me that she had not finish her milk and meal, guess she dun feel like eating and she was complaining about her ears pain. I called hubby immediately and we decide to bring her to see Doc Ng again tomorrow. At night when I went to fetch her, mil ask me bai bai tai sui at the door to pray good health for Angel, I did it cause I want my ger to recover faster and stay healthy. Me myself is feeling sick too... hope to finish off the things on hands which deadline is this week and I can take an off day to sleep...

Cough

Just few days ago, Angel start coughing again, sigh... I hate it cause it is very hard for her to recover from coughing and running nose. Not sure how she start it as since the last round we never gave her any cold drinks or sweets or anything which will cause thick phlegm. No one sick in childcare or family. I had not bring her to see doc as she still ok, I gave her Eu Yan Sang Bo Ying Compound which help in reducing the phlegm and so far ok. Reason for not bringing her to see doc at the moment cause I find that she become very weak everytime rely on the medicine specially antibiotic. Hope she will get better in the next few days. If not I have no choice but to bring her back to see doc again.

Happy CNY to everyone. Just back from msia to celebrate my CNY with my lovely family. We drive back to KL last Thurs, no traffic jam, smooth journey. At night, sis WJ booked 2 tables at the restaurant to have an early reunion dinner as sis WL would be back to her in law hometown in Bidor on Fri. Saw my 4 little cute nephews and niece. The next few days we spent most of the time at my mama house or my sis house. Can sense that Angel enjoy herself cos everyday got her cousins play with her although sometimes they fight =.=" But kids are kids, after fighting will play together again. And as usual, I ate a lot during CNY, haiz. Sis WJ bought durians for me to eat too, keke, my favorite.
This yr the first day of CNY was Valentine's day too, hubby gave me a surprise, he bought a diamond pendants with necklace for me and bring all the way from sg to KL for me. But so guilty that this yr I never bought any for him...ops. guess I had disappointed him. So sorry baby.
Back to sg on Thurs, smooth journey, but my cars tyres were over run becos of incorrect pressure, so alignment ran as we reached sg. Sent for service today and burn 300 plus to change all 4 tyres.
Angel miss few days classes, next Mon she shall resume to school. Brought her to see doc Steven Ng this morn as she still coughing at nights and having sign of phlegmy cough again, worried and Im not going to bring back to KKH again due to unpleasent experience. She cried when we reached GlenE medical centre, she can recognized Dr Ng clinic, she thought that she was going to hv jab again today, so keep crying, having hard time to ask her open her mouth for doc to check. Medical bill is ex but I hope she will recover soon as I dont want long cough become asthma later. After the visit to doc, went to meet my young sis law. She was having her medicure @ orchard. Then we took a great lunch at Orchard Central Crystal Jade HK Cafe and follow by shopping @ 313 Somerset. Bought 2 pairs of flat shoes and 2 T-Shirt at mango and Zara, happy shopping ^^ After shopping came back to cook dinner. 2 more days and will start work again. Hope everything will be on track and I shall start work hard on my diet...hahaha, next week need to do my checkup at my gynea place, thk he saw my weight will shaking his head again, ><

Day 1: excited, not cried when go to school, cried during lunch, not finish her bowl of rice
Day 2: same as day 1, cried during lunch & not finish the rice
Day 3: Not finish the bee hoon
Day 4: cried when mil bring her to childcare but finish the lunch by herself
Day 5: cried... again when mil brought her to childcare & eat a little by herself.

Today was the first day that little Angel went to nursery group. Early in the morning bath her & feed her with milk but mil scare she not eating in school & hungry so feed her another bowl of noodles. Reached the CC about 10am, she seems alrite with the environment I thk just need time to get herself used with the teacher & new frens. But she start crying when taking lunch becos she refuse to eat rice, sigh... She is so picky @ food which is really bad. She only eat noodles & vegetables. End up she didn't finish her lunch & we brought her home before the nap time. Our plan is to put her there for few hours till she get herself used with the environment.

Outing with Grandparents

My mum & dad came to town to visit us during this new year long weekend. So happy to see them :) Brought them to Singapore flyer to enjoy the ride & Singapore beautiful scene. Little Angel thought that we were taking a flight at first, haha, so she was very scare (dun ask me why) but later she start running around, :p
After the ride we went to Orchard 313 somerset & walk along orchard road. See little Angel was so happy when she taking photo with grandpapa & grandmama !

Patience

Yes, I really want to know how to be patience with my kid. When I google, it returns me a result of 59,400,000 for how to be more patience with kids. I guess, this is a common lesson that every parents specially new parents want to know. I feel that sometimes I can be very patience with Angel, but sometimes not, I lose my temper easily, sigh.... and after I throw my anger to her, she would cried, then i felt guilty for scolding her, felt being a lousy mum. For example, when we play flash card together, she would lose her concentration after a while, start flipping other things near by or just ignore me, and this irritate me. In fact, after I think twice, i should not scold her in the first place, because she is just a 2 yrs old kid, asking a 2 yrs old kid to be fully concentrate seems a bit demanding, because they are at the stage of exploring now. Is really not easy to be a parent, and this is just part of the lesson and journey.

Fall sick again

Previous day Angel was start running fever again early in the morning
n she was complaining that her ears was painful. Hubby was out for
work so I brought her to the clinic downstairs of my house. The GP
told me that her ears has minor infection, probabaly due to previous
throat infection and it wents to the ears now. Sigh, poor baby, she
has already lost 1 kg in the pass 2 weeks cause she has no appetite to
take solid food. Even yesterday after she recover from her fever n we
decided to brought her to sushi tei for her favor chawamushi and
ramen, she do not want to eat at all. End up she only eat a small bowl
of noodles by encouraging her with some fruits juice. But luckily she
still active most of the time and no problem on taking milk. Baby
baby, pls recover faster, okie? When mummy see u don't take food I
feel so worry and guilty...

Sick

This week everyone in the family fall sick except me. First was my sister in law - Shelle, then Brandon also has slight coughing, young sister in law also fall sick, then the next was Angel. Last Saturday evening, after I feed her dinner, she start acting abnormal and seeking attention, then i carried her and felt that her body was hot. Measure her body temperature, it was 38.3, i was so worried and we sent her to see GP at compass point immediately. Doctor said not sign of what kind of infection as she just starting fever and no coughing or flu, and gave us some medicine. The next morning, she cried and she has high fever of 39.3, so panic and hubby want to send her to hospital, but mil said gave her some medicine and monitor. She took the fever medicine but she vomit it out together with the milk that we feed her. Then we use the medicine which insert to her butt, only then her fever goes down. Phew ~ The next 2 days, her fever went up and down, but doctor said is normal as her body still fighting with the virus, and she start coughing. But hubby fall sick on Mon, follow by mil on Tues, so I took one day leave at home on Wed to take care both hubby and Angel. I was feeling so tired these few days but luckily everything is alright now, but Angel is still coughing, need to monitor her, if worse need to bring her back to GE to see Dr Ng. Hope she is alright.

Long Weekend...

During the long weekend, We brought Angel back to KL to attend mei mei 子晴 full month ceremony on 8 Aug 2009.

Day 1 (8/8): We reached Changi T1 at about 7am, check-in and bought our breakfast. Reach KL at 9am. Took cab back home. Rest a while and we went to have our Tim Sum at Dai Thong Restaurant, yummy yummy. Thanks KC for treating us, kakaka. The kids were happy cause they can play together. After that, me, sis and mother went to buy the full month gift for eldest sis's daughter. All the guys were waiting outside and take care the kids while we busy choosing the gift, haha. Go back home rest a while and go to eldest sis house to attend the ceremony. So many kids were in the house, Angel was busy playing the masak masak with other kids :)

Day 2 (9/8): Was Singapore National Day... but I was in KL. Had my favor Yong Tau Fu near by my house, it was really nice and cheap, everytime when I go back KL must go there and eat. Then we went to Jusco, mum bought some groceries and I cant do my shopping cause busy taking care of Angel and CY. Then spend the rest of the day at home with dad and mum.

Day 3 (10/8): Last day in KL :( Went to Pavillion with sis and hubby, my first time there. Mum stay home help me take care Angel, kakaka. Didnt get anything for myself, instead bought a Burberry polo-T for Angel, RM156 after discount, ya... I know it is ex, but cant resist it, ops... and a pair of Addidas sport shoes for her, burn another RM179 plus 3 pairs of socks. I think Pavillion is a nice place to shop for kids stuff, good for one stop shopping specially if you are a new parents, can get all the stuff you want there and any kind of brands, very impress with the range of prams, includes those well known brands like mclarens and gracco. Will go back again cause want to bring dad and mum there to eat. At the evening, after having mum's cook, sis send us to the airport, almost late for boarding...haha, luckily we make it on time. Reach Sg at about 9pm plus.

Angel is 2 today !
This year we didnt invite any frens to join her birthday party as Hubby and mother in law think that it is too troublesome and dont want to spend too much $ on kid's birthday party. Well, I think is fine because we still have a small birthday party for her with family. Just few days before the day, Zerain, my youngest sis in law already done a birthday gift shopping with me at Taka. We bought a breakfast toys set which include table and chairs @ $29 only, and a Nemo electronic story books for her, it was shared by both my sis and bro in laws. And during the last trip back to KL, my dear sisters and mother also bought her winnie the poohs t-shirts and pants, and a dress, dad gave her an ang pow. Thank you so much to all of you, Angel is a lucky girl !
Today, after she wake up and bath, I bring her to had breakfast together with my fren - Huan at fernvale point. After the breakfast, go to the playground downstair of my house and she enjoyed herself. Tried my new 3G iphone took some pics of her, she is cute :) A boy came and sit beside her and request me to take a pic of him and Angel, haha, so funny. Then she had her nap time. Daddy went to pick up mother and sis in law came to our house after work. Till 6pm, we went to have dinner at the coffee shop near by my house together after Shelle has arrived. After dinner, we went to the playground again...haha, twice in a day. Consider an exercise for Angel.
Then we went back home to relax and chit chat, at about 9 plus, we had her cut cake ceremony, she seems so excited, wanted to eat her durian filling Barney cake so much. I made a teddy bear jelly for her, but too bad, long time I never make a jelly and it was not so sweet, not nice...sorry baby.
Lastly, wish my dearest Angel stay healthy and pretty forever, Mummy and Daddy want you growth up healthy and be a good girl, muak !

Assessment at age 2

Brought Angel back to Dr Ng at Glen-E for her age 2 development and growth assessment today.

Weight - 11.5kg
Height - 85 cm
Head circumstances - 49 cm (Dr said she got big head...lol)

Everything are alright: motor skills, learning, language, growth (except that Dr worried about her weight as he concluded that she might lack of protein, Baby, you must eat more meat, OK???)Besides these, mummy is also worrying about her behavior now, specially of her temper and she is at the stage of learning and follow what other people is saying and doing.

Then Dr gave her 1 dose of flu injection after discussed with us, another dose will be given 1 month later. Poor Angel, cried so hard when she had the injection cause she never expect that she has an injection today. But daddy and mummy brought her to buy toys after that at Taka toy fair :) A kitchen set for her cooking.

* Her upper and lower second molar teeth are not coming out yet, should be between age 20 - 30 months.

Im trying to look for Angel's 2 yrs old birthday cake, is a bit too late for me to order at this stage, since most of the famous cupcakes or 3D cakes shops are either not taking any orders at this moment or orders is full. :( Guess I will order the Barney cake from Prima Deli, dont wanna spend so much on the cake too, because this yr will not hold a birthday party for her, will celebrate with family members only. But I will buy some simple decor to decorate our house, and im sure she will like the barney cake, cause is her idol :)

A Sunday with Angel

Today Angel's daddy is working, I decided to bring Angel to have a bus ride and a gd tea time on Sunday afternoon. The recent ride I had with her other than our car or taxi, was MRT. We started from the bus stop nearby my mother in law hdb flat. Little Angel was very good girl today, she was holding my hands along the way when we walked to the bus stop, and i told her that we were going to take bus to shopping, she was so excited. When bus no. 67 came, we board the bus and she sat beside me. She told me that she want to remove her shoes, haha, cannot cannot baby...I said. And she keep looking out of the window. Our destination is Tampines interchange. Few minutes later, we reached there, we were holding hands again and walked towards the shopping mall Tampines One. Then little Angel and me paid visit to a few boutiques, but then nothing to buy, so we moved on to the restaurant saycheeze to enjoy our tea time - eat cheese cake, wahaha. We ordered a 6 sweeties sampler, it was nice, there were 6 small slices of difference favor of cheese cakes. I share the cake with little Angel, she enjoyed it so much, and a glass of chocolate drink.

After we finished, is time to go home, cause Angel has skip her nap time today. I guess she was tired, although she looks so energized. And guess what, after we board the taxi, she fall asleep within 5 minutes, haha. I should spent more such bonding time with her, mummy Love you baby, muak !

Angel is going to be 2 yrs old on 1 aug, so fast, my little monster is 2 yrs old leh, we will be celebrating with family members only. Hubby want to keep it simple, thats fine. But i will still going to order a nice cake and make some decoration at home, so that my monster know its her birthday :)
Things to share and update since my last blog:
1. First thing is her toilet train progress, thanks to my mother-in-law, who is very patient to give Angel toilet training, cause most of the time Angel was together with her when daddy n mummy is working during weekdays. Now she will tell when she want to go to toilet, she can sleep without diapers during her afternoon nap time, she will wake up and tell us that she want to go to toilet. Only challenge is her night sleeping, in fact, i believe she can do it, sigh, is it because me afraid of cleaning her in the night and lazy to wake up to clean for her if she pee on the bed? Or i scare she dun sleep well if she want to go to toilet? Hope that I can do it together with Angel before her next review in August. Another challenge is bringing her out without diapers, i did try before, usually after meal i will bring her to the restroom, but she seems dont feel comfortable to pee at the public toilet. This is not gd as she will try to hold her pee.
2. Second thing is her progress of talking, she can speak more simple words and communicate with us well, as she will follow our instruction and response to what we said, and even give us instruction like as me make milk for her to drink, or she want to sleep. Sometimes she can speak in a full sentence, very well done my little monster. Last week I saw she holding my hubby's psp, so I asked her in mandarin why she take daddy's psp, then she answer me in mandarin too: Daddy give me de. Hehe, so cute.
3. Last thing... of cause, she is getting naughty now. Whenever my mother in law is around, she like having a supporter, she will cried without reason sometimes, want to sai nai to my mother in law. During my last visit to KL, she know my parents will cover her, so when I scold her, she will cry loudly and look for my parents to cover her, sigh... guess thats most of the kids pattern who are taken care by grandparents.

First, she is more and more good in acting, guess this is the most exciting part of a kid at this stage.

Example 1:

Daddy said with angry tone: Angel, dun be notti, ok?

The next min, she ran to the bedroom and open the door, the moment she see me, she start crying with tears on her face..."mama......pa...pa...da....wo...." (daddy punish me) -_-"

Example 2:

We back from outside, reach home, ask her to take off her shoes by herself, and she did it, so daddy and mummy clapping hands and said yeah, Angel is a gd girl and clever girl !

She felt very encouraging, so she start screaming "Yeah yeah yeah" and jumping and running around the house. And the ending part was she ran towards the wall and put her face and both hands on the wall, and laughing.... piangz

Second, my girl is very frendy.

Example 1:

At the shop today, she want to hug a little girl, the girl is older than her, and she had a little sister and maid together with her. The girl tried to avoid her and told Angel to hug her little sister instead, but my girl insist to hug her. After my ger hug the ger, she hug her little sister as well, then she cannot stop hugging ppl ! she hug the maid also... suddenly she ran and hug a lady, i tried to stop her. Then my ger walk to the door and smile at the uncle who serve at the door, so uncle smile back at her too. Then my ger gave him a flying kiss and wave bye bye.

A day @ Habour & Vivo City

had a great day with my Angel yesterday, was spending our whole day at Habour and Vivo City.

First, met Denyse with Angel at sengkang mrt @ 10.45am. We took the north east line to Habour Front. Along the way, Angel was trying so hard to get down from her stroller, but I did not allow her to do so because sure she will run around, and I dont want her to disturb other passenger. However, after my poor little Angel few attempt to get down, I finally let her come down but can only sit with me. Then, we met Kairong at Habour Front station and we head to Habour City Dragon Gate Restaurent for our Dim Sum buffet. Angel finish a bowl of yum yum porridge and some dim sum, then she start ran around the tables, sigh...

After we done, we walk to the lift lobby, at the lift lobby, we saw a group of student came from japan. In the lift, 3 japanese girls "tackle" my little Angel by 1 touching her face, one touching her tummy and one touching her arms, all 3 girls keep saying "kawaii neh", lol, and some words that I dont understand, my girl was totally in a shock (usually in this kind of situation she will shout or scream, but today she just dont know how to react), till the lift reached basement and the girls wave bye bye and my girl still in a shock...funnie.

Then we went to Vivo City walk walk, till Angel fall asleep in her stroller. At about 3 plus, we had our yummy haagen-dazs ice cream while Angel was sleeping...kakaka. Angel woke up after Mummy finish the ice cream, phew, just in time, =p But she was in a bad mood, keep crying and refuse to drink her milk, so I brough her to the sky park and then she felt happy, cause she want to ran to the pool and play water. So I took of her shoes and let her play in the pool, and she enjoy so much, refuse to came up. Till about 5, daddy arrived to pick us, then we change her clothes, then daddy brought her to the safari shop which is a pet shoe in Vivo City to see her favor dog dog and cat cat. She keep pointing at the glass and call the dog "ah dog ah dog"...haha.

After that, Denyse and Kairong went off to Daiso and I went to have dinner with hubby and Angel at the food republic, and then, we went home. Guess Angel is tired after a long day at the habour front... wait... but not, she still played at home till 10 plus then sleep ! But Im glad that she enjoyed it specially at the sky park :)

Learning to talk...

Nowadays my 21 mths old little Angel can express herself in many words now besides calling us and other family members. And she can said some words that she might not understand the meaning till there is a chance for us to show her, but she can pronouce the words clear and correctly. Im so proud of her :)

English words that she can said:

Cat, Dog, Pig, Market (new words that just learn yesterday when my mil tought her when they were in the market), car, bird, soup, star, apple, barney (is this consider a word? kakaka) , auntie, uncle, etc

Example of Mandarin words:

鞋 (shoe), 頭 (head), 手 (hand), 腳 (leg), 眼睛 (eyes), 鼻子 (nose), 耳朵 (ear), 嘴 (mouth), 洗手 (Wash hand), 下 (down, meaning she want to come down when we carry her), 開 (open), 水(water), 謝謝 (Thank you)...

And of cause still got many more baby language, which we can understand but some not, like ooi ooi (sleep), mum mum (not me, but is eat !), siu siu (hot), xu xu (pee), nen nen (milk), chong (she want to bath), gai gai (go out)...etc

There is 1 words that no matter how we teach her, she will still said: "FIFA" ! Guess what does it means? Word Cup? Soccer? No no no...

Visit to the child care center

Today we paid a visit to the child care center which located near by to my mil house. It is just a few block away and the center was inside a CC. Overall Im quite sastified with the environment. Angel was very exciting and when we let her explore the place, she was so happy and start playing with the kids, sit together with them and playing building blocks. :) As they have limited headcount for nusery 1 class i.e. 2 classes and each with 12 kids only, and each class is 2 teachers which i think the ratio is very reasonable, I submit a form to them so that they can put me in the waiting list as now there is still no opening for child born in year 2007. We will wait till end of this year and send her there if everything is ok. When it was time to go, Angel refuse to leave, daddy carried her and she struggling in daddy's arms, tried to get down, haha, think she like to play with other kids, she kind of kid that scare of lonely. When we were on our way back to mil house, she ran back to the center ! OMG, so daddy no choice need to catch her and carried her again.

Follow up on her progress on toilet train, all thanks to my mother in law who is very patient to train Angel on this, because Angel was staying with her during weekday. In the pass 2 weeks, she is able to tell when she need to go to toilet, and one of the weekend she even request to sit on the toilet bowl rather than the potty :) Although it was just a few hours in the afternoon, but I think it is a big improvement. Wait till she can control better, will start another training, without diapers while having her nap.

Recently there is another things come into my minds: since Angel has reach 20 months old, should I start look for a full day/half day child care for her or a weekend playgroup? The purpose of letting her go to center, is more for the purpose of social, although no doubts that my darling should be able to cope with it. If let her go to weekend groups, probably will choose a one which is nearby my house. If go to child care, it should be near to my mother in law house in bedok. Sigh... I think I should start contact the center to check out the price and program available.

Angel can sing !

Oh yes, my dear Angel can sing now. So far I had heard she sing *twinker twinker little star* and *ABC* songs. I tried to video record when she was singing twinker twinker, but I failed because she stopped singing when she notice that I was holding the hp to record her. She cant sing clearly as she is still learning to talk but she can sing the melody and rhythm correctly, my clever girl !
She sing the *ABC* song when she was watching her favor Bunny show. Talking about Bunny, oh my dear, he is my little girl idol, in fact, I guess I can sing all the songs presented in the show. And my girl, not only follow Bunny singing, she also follow the dancing. :)

2nd day of Toilet Training

Today Angel had her 2nd day toilet training after her first nap. Like yesterday, I keep on emphasize to her that she must tell mummy that if she want to go toilet. Every 30 mins I asked her if she want to go to toilet and she shake her head. There was once suddenly she shout in the living room loudly "mama, xu xu", so my hubby bring her to the toilet immediately, but then she refuse to sit on the toilet bowl and pee. I was quite worry as she didnt pee for some times, but my mum asked me not to worry cause based on her experience, probably she was not used with without her pampers, so she try to "hold". Another reason might be the weather was too hot today, and she didnt drink much fluid. So I keep on feeding her water.
After her dinner, we let her sit on potty and watch her favor Bunny show, then I went off to attend my colleague's wedding dinner. By 8 plus, hubby called me. I asked him if Angel has pee and poo, he said yes and it was a lot...yaks...thanks god, finally ! =)

Toilet Training

Finally i start Angel's toilet training yesterday when my mum was around. This idea was in my mind for some times since the last visit to Angel's pediatrician Dr. Steven Ng last month, he encouraged us to start training Angel to control her own bladder and bowel at this stage. I understand that this could be a long and frustration process, therefore I didnt start on it, till yesterday when my mum was around and she share with me on her experiences with my 2 nephews. I must make sure myself is mentally and physically prepare.

My mother's suggestion:
1. Instead of wearing disposable diaper, let her use cloth diaper
2. Bring her to the toilet on regular time
3. Only use disposable diapers during napping time, so that she can have a good sleep

Doctor suggestion:

1. No disposable diaper during day time, even during her napping time
2. Show her to use toilet bowl when urine or bowel
3. Give her drinks 2 hours before her sleep, so that she will have less urge of urine during night time
4. Wait her up during night time and bring her to the toilet (I guess this part is hard to both of us)

So I follow my mum's suggestion yesterday, Angel gave me a funny face when I let her wearing the cloth diapers, haha, maybe she was not used with it. I told her that if she want to "xu xu" must tell mummy. Then a while, we found that the floor was wet, at first though that it was the rain cause the floor wet, then hubby play with Angel by letting her ridding on his shoulder. Suddenly he pass her to me and said she could be urine. So I check and found that she was pee pee and poo poo at the sametimes -_-". While changing her diapers, I told her again that she must tell me when she want to "xu xu". After sometimes, she ran into the room and said "mama, xu xu". So I brought her to the toilet, but she didnt passing her urine at all. Sigh...

Guess I must change a little bit of my strategies by letting her to continue sit on her potty before I let her sit on the normal toilet bowl, because I noticed that if she sit on the toilet bowl, she refuse to pee2 or poo2. First thing is must let her able to control her bladder and bowel movement muscles first.

Hopefully she can do it before she go to childcare or playground later. Angel, my darling, Jia You !!!

I never update my little princess Angel's blog since last year Oct. I was very busy with my work since last year Oct till last month. Finally I can have more time to spend with my family and update this blog. I did some adjustment to the blog, still with the same layout, but with some new settings e.g. Followers. Probably will try to add more new features later or sooner.
And you will notice that from now onwards I will write the blogs as a mother. Treat it as a brand new start of the year of 2009 and the first post of 2009. And will try to update this blog as often as I can. And you know, sometimes when Angel is around, is hard for me to use the pc because she will try to "help" as well by pressing the keyboard with her 10 little fingers together at one time.
Here's some updates of my little princess: Angel is 19 months old now, her toddlers stage. She is running out of control, she is emotional, she like to follow what we do and try hard to follow what we say, follow our simple instructions e.g. picking up the things on the floor and passing it to someone, holding a cups to drink, etc
Mother in law is still helping us to take care of her during weekdays, and I will try to bring her home as much as I can if I knock off earlier from work. I know she need more attention at this stage, besides mother in law help me discipline her, I must play my role as a mother to educate her and give my loves to her. During weekends, hubby and me will bring her out for some out door activity likes swimming and or playing in the parks. And she enjoy it =)

To all my fans,

I know a lot of u have been waiting so long for my lazy mummy to update my blog. After receive few complains from my fans (one of them is jie jie Micheal Tong from malaysia), finally my mummy willing to update my blog today. And is already 1 months plus since my last birthday !
Baby Angel is 14 months years old now, let me update you what I know and what I have learn:
1. Learning talking
First thing must learn how to call ppl, so that they will sayang me more.
Call mama, papa, dad dad (it means daddy), nai nai, ye ye, kor kor, yi yi, po po
My favor animal is Cat, so I know how to call "Miao" when I see cat, is loud and clear !
Shoe in mandarin => "Xieeeeeeeeeeee ~ (high tone)", this one also very important, cos wear shoes go gai gai
Latest wording I learn is "Ballllllllllllll"
2. Shake my body when I heard music
3. Favorite activity is switch channel and press button, specially lift button and door bell

Wow...time fly, today is the last day of Jan 2008 and BB Angel is 6 mths old. Recently mummy very busy with work, sometimes have to work on Sat and no time to accompany BB Angel, she felt very guilty and sad, cause BB Angel having cough and flu in the pass few days. Nai Nai also very worry for me, she hope that BB Angel can faster recover before she go back to hometown during CNY. Oh ya, mummy and daddy bought a lot of new clothes for me, keke.

Hi all, princess Yue Yao is 4 months old already, Im learning how to grab items now, trying to hold my milk bottle sometimes (but most of the time im throwing it to the floor :p), still cannot turn over...hanging half way... mummy said im lazy bun, I will cry for daddy and mummy carry me, I will show temper sometimes when I moody. Coming Sat will be my 2nd 5-in-1 injections, pain pain :(

Hello, every 1 was asking mummy about when I will have new photos, here I come ! Yesterday daddy mummy brought me to Sitex at SG expo. So many ppl and crowded there, but still saw so many bb like me were there too, keke, every 1 sit inside the stroller and wait for their daddy bought IT stuff inside, then all the mummy busy taking care of their baby include my mummy too, haha.

Daddy bought a new digital camera, Sony T20, then this morning I cant wait to take photos, I wake mummy up by making noise, then daddy wake up too, then he tried the new camera by helping me and mummy take 2 shoots, see my mummy still look blur blur in the photo cos she just wake up !

Btw... Im 4 months old liao ! And today is my daddy and mummy 10th anniversary :)

Is more than 10 days bb Angel didnt update my blog, all becos my lazy mummy lor... =p she claim that she was very busy with work and me recently, and Nai Nai fall sick last week, mummy and daddy so worry, so they fetch me home and daddy took leaves to take care me. Nai Nai came to my house to rest after she discharged from hospital cos she worry daddy dunno how to take care of me, haha. But last week was the first time daddy bath for me woh, so far so gd lar, keke :p

BB Angel also fall sick after took 3 vaccines previous sat, hv slight fever at night then mummy feed me strawberry flavour medic gave by Doc Ng, then I recover liao, hehe. But hor, next month need take another 1 of vaccine again, pain pain :(

Btw, Im 6kg now leh...and my height is 61cm, keke, I grow up again, my hair also grow a lot already, soon mummy can buy hair pin for me, :D

Yesterday was so tired, daddy n mummy bring me to shopping at Plaza Singapura and The Cathay, we went out to shop from 1pm to 5pm... I was so tired and I sleep in my mummy arms cos I notti dun want to sleep in the stroller, then it become a shopping cart, kakaka

My mummy has start work 2 weeks already, everyday she is so busy with work. I stay at grandmama house during weekdays, every Monday morning, mummy will bring me to grandmama house before she go to work. Then every Wed she will KO early to visit me, cos she miss me so much. Then Fri she will bring me home :D Mama said whenever she felt stress with work or tired, she will look @ my picture and she will have the motivation to work again, keke.

Yesterday mama come visit me again, she carry me and took photo with me, so lovely :)

BB Angel's first trip to KL

Angel last week (29 Sept - 05 Oct) went to KL visit Gong Gong & Po Po & Yi Yi & Yi Zhang & Jiu Jiu & my 2 notti Xuan Xuan & Yang Yang Kor Kor with daddy & mummy. This was the first time bb Angel take flight hor. Many Nippon Ah Yi at the flight said I kawaii neh... :D

Gong2 & Po2 and all my ah yi so happy to see me, cos i kawaii mah, kakaka. But a bit hot in KL and I dun hv a gd sleep at the first few days, but still enjoy myself cos mama and Yi Yi bring me to gai gai, ^_^ mummy again shop like crazy lor, aiyo...

The basinet for baby to sleep on the flight, but I didnt use it leh, cos the duration of the flight only 35 mins, so daddy carried me all the way. :)

Now BB Angel day time average 2 1/2 - 3 hours need to drink milk milk, I drink 90-100ml leh, Mummy said I drink so much, wanna breast feed me also not enough, opps ~ At night BB Angel sleep more, average 3 hrs drink once.

My Happy Weekend

Last Friday Gong Gong, Po Po, Da Yi & Da Yi Zhang, Er Yi & Er Yi Zhang, Jiu Jiu, Da Biao Ge and Xiao Biao Ge all came frm KL to visit me, mummy and Angel was so happy to see them, specially mummy I know, cos mummy miss them so much. They stayed with us frm Friday till Monday then went back to KL. Gong Gong so happy to see me, keep saying im pretty yao yao and said want to bring me back to KL to take care of me, haha.

On Sunday Yvonne Yi Yi and Kogan Su Su bought me a very special gift, they bought me a baby portfolio package, :) The photograhper came to my house to help me take photos, but Angel was too tired liao, during the photo session Angel was sleeping, no matter how all the adults, e.g. Daddy, Mummy, Gong Gong, Yi Yi all tried to wake me up, I just ignore them, sleep tightly in my dreamland, haha. When the session bout to over, Angel poo poo liao, then Angel wake up, all of them so happy to see me wake up, haha, funnie.

Today Daddy took leave bring mummy went for checkup again, recently we see Dr. Lee few days once a time cause tomorrow will be Angel my due date liao, but Angel me still staying comfortable inside mummy big tummy, :P

Dr said Angel now got 3kg, mummy said Im a chubby and fat Angel, hehe, opps... If I still dont come out then will be more heavy liao. This coming Thursday which is 2 Aug need to see doc again if Angel still hide inside mummy tummy ~

Today went to visit uncle Dr.Lee again, and guess what? He said Im still happily staying inside mummy big tummy, not going to come out so soon. My daddy and gong gong already cant wait liao, both of them everyday ask my mummy whether I got give any sign to her that I want to come or not. But the fact is Im still enjoying my little world inside mummy tummy lor, kakaka. Daddy asked Dr. Lee whether any risk if want to induce, but Dr dont encourage to do it, said can wait at least 1 more week, let Yao Yao me myself choose the date to come out. Cause he said later if induce not successful, mummy will suffer, end up need to go for c-section :(

Is been a long time since my last update to every 1 here about my growing in my mummy tummy. Im already 37 weeks 6 days in my mummy's tummy liao, ^_^ Mummy and daddy very excited, everyday they are guessing whether Angel will come out to see them or not. Specially my gang jiong mummy, almost middle of the night she will wake up and touch touch her round round big tummy and asking me: "Yao Yao, are you coming out soon?" Hehe, I also dunno when I will come out lah, doctor said I engaged liao, means Im on my right path for mummy natural birth, just that dunno when I will come out to see this wonderful world and let my daddy mummy see me.

Mummy keep reading forum to read how ppl sharing their experience when they having contraction or water bag broke, cause she dunno how contraction feel like, and very worry that she dunno when she is having contraction. But everyone includes my 2 aunties said that when having contraction is very obvious lar, something like stomachache but a slightly painful than that and you will able to tell it that it is a contraction. Grandmama and grandpapa very worry that when mummy need to deliver, daddy is working nightshift and no 1 will be at hm to take care of mummy. But Im sure mummy will know how to take care of little Angel me lar. :) Mummy, be strong, ok? Angel me will be guai guai dun let mummy suffer to much when Angel want to come out.

Today Gong Gong and Po Po and Xiao Jiu Jiu go back to KL liao, they came to visit me and mummy 2 days ago, stayed together with me and mummy and daddy for 2 days. Mummy so sad after they left, cause she can only see them once in a while and the next visit will be the time when little baby Angel- Me ! arrive lar. Hope to see them again soon, another few more weeks, ok?

Daddy and mummy went shopping for me @ Baby Gap last friday after visit Dr. Lee. Dr Lee help mummy did a CTG scan that day to make sure im ok inside mummy's warm tummy. After the scanning Dr Lee said both mummy and me is fine, and guess what? Im 2.1kg now liao, 2 weeks ago im only 1.7, grow so fast within 2 weeks leh. Of cause lar, my mummy eat a lot leh, kakaka.

Daddy today spend big money on me, kaka. This morning went to Baby fair at SG Expo together with daddy mummy, and also uncle William and aunty Hui Hui. But the hor, we spent 20 mins there then leave liao, cause nothing to see and buy in the baby fair. So after that we went to Marina Square Kiddy Palace, cause now got GSS mah.

After we reach there, daddy mummy spent sometimes on checking the price for my bed, mattress, bath tub and baby pram. After a while, they decided to bought me a playpen as my bed, very cute woh, the playpen got music and vibrant function, most important (mummy said) is only $99. She scare later me dont want to sleep, will waste money, so buy cheaper one.

Besides my princess bed leh, they also buy me:

Mattress (inclusive of bedsheet) @79.20
multi bath tub @ $26.90
Others (baby wipes, baby liquid cleanser and formula dispenser combo)

Then...after daddy thk and thk and see and look, he decided to buy me a Capella brand baby stroller model S-802 red color, cost $349 (The sales jie jie said is offer price, before offer is $400 plus). But no more stock for red color, so need to wait the stock come then they will deliver to my house.

Today mummy and daddy wake up very early to visit Dr Lee. They thought arrived early then can go to do the pre-administration of hospital early too, but today many uncle auntie visit Dr Lee also leh, although our appt is 11am, but we wait from 1030am to 12pm only then our turn, wow, seems like got many boy boy and girl girl company me leh.

Then finally my turn, daddy told Dr Lee that mummy these few days feel painful with her legs and tummy itchy. Dr Lee said because my head has turning down and Im growing bigger inside mummy's tummy, so my weight stress mummy's nerve. He ask mummy dont walk too much and shopping too much woh, keke. But tomorrow mummy want to bring me to the baby fair to find my bed and buy pampers for me leh, together with auntie Hui Hui and uncle William, they got a baby too, like me, yeah !
